I want to return my product.
How does that work?
We always try to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products. We know that we can't please everyone, but if you feel that our product is not acceptable, please feel free to email us and we will help you resolve the issue.

Products that fall under the returns policy can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email us and we will be happy to help you through the process.

How can I place an order?
Placing an order with us is very easy. Click on the "Add to cart" button next to the product you want to buy. You will automatically be redirected to your shopping cart. Click on "Checkout", fill in your address details and pay securely.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible because the order has already been forwarded to the shipping team to be sorted and processed. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

I received a defective or incorrect product.
What should I do now?
Please contact us at info@PharmaXtra.com. We will ask you for some pictures and/or a video of the product received, so we can better analyze the situation.

Once our team has processed the information and confirmed your situation, we will arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a replacement if there is no visual evidence of defects or an incorrect item.

I want to return an order;
What should I do?
Our return address is international. You will need to contact our team for the return address. Make sure you provide the track & trace number so we can track the item to our warehouse.

If you return the order without requesting the address or stating the reason for the return, no money will be refunded.

Do I have to return the entire order?
Yes, the entire order must be returned with tags and unused items. If the item shows signs of use, no money will be given.

Can I exchange my shoes if the size I ordered is too small?
We can only exchange if we accidentally sent the wrong size. If you are not sure what size you need, please check the size chart on our website.

When can I get my money back after I return my item?
We will only process the refund once the item has been delivered to our warehouse. It usually takes 7-12 business days for us to receive your return, depending on the logistic processes. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. However, please allow for a possible bank delay of 3 business days before the money actually appears in your account.
