Products covered by the return policy can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send us an email and we will gladly guide you through the process.

We will process the refund only after the item has been delivered to our warehouse. It usually takes 7 to 12 business days for us to receive your return shipment, depending on the logistics processes. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. However, please allow for a possible delay of 3 business days at the bank before the money actually appears in your account.

Once our team has processed the information and your situation is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a replacement if there is no visual evidence of defects or a wrong item.

Yes, the entire order must be returned with labels and unused items. If the item shows signs of use, no refund will be given.
