At PharmaXtra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and stress-free. This policy explains how to return a product and request a refund.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with the original tags and in the original packaging. You also need the proof of purchase or an invoice.

To start a return, you can contact us via info@pharmaxtra.com. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund policy

We offer a refund in the following cases:
A) You want to return an item and it meets the return conditions as stated above.
B) The goods are defective or damaged: Our priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please send an email to info@pharmaXtra.com.
C) The goods have not been received: If you do not receive the goods within 30 days of purchase, we consider the order lost. We are happy to arrange a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

If you want to return an item, we recommend sending an email to info@pharmaXtra.com, in which you state the reason for your return. We are happy to assist you and provide instructions.

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • There are no signs of use or wear visible.
  • The received shipment is complete.
  • The reason for the return meets the conditions described on this page.

Customers are responsible for the costs of returns. Refunds are made after the returned items have been received and approved.

Missed Package Pickup and Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made at the address you provided and you are not available, the package may be sent to a local post office. Please note the following:

  • You will receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup.
  • It is your responsibility to pick up the package within the specified time frame.
  • If the package is not picked up and is returned to us or destroyed, up to 50% of the product value will be refunded.

We recommend picking up your package as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.

Accuracy of Address Data

We rely on the accuracy of the address information provided by our customers. If you provide an incorrect address or do not pick up the package at the post office, the following applies:

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.
  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to your error or is not picked up at the post office, we will refund up to 50% of the product value.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to guarantee delivery within 15 days after purchase, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds are given for items not delivered on a specific date, occasion, or holiday.

Each product description includes an estimated delivery time. Please take this into account when placing your order. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

Return costs

The costs for returns are at your own expense.

For returns (if applicable), the seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding shipping costs, without delay and no later than 7 working days after receiving the return package.

Payments, excluding delivery costs as specified in the terms and conditions, will be refunded via the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Consumer Complaints - Defective Products

If the goods you purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint.

Regarding defects, you can request the following:

  • Replacement of the item with a defect-free unit.
  • Repair of the defect.
  • Price reduction.

You can file a complaint within one year after noticing the defect, as long as it falls within the warranty period. Complaints are handled within 30 days after receiving your notification.
