Products covered by the return policy can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send us an email and we will gladly guide you through the process.

Once our team has processed the information and your situation is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements without visual proof of defects or a wrong item.
I want to return an order;
What should I do?
Our return address is international. You need to contact our team for the return address. Make sure to provide the track & trace number so we can trace the item to our warehouse.
If you return the order without requesting the address or stating the reason for the return, no refund will be given.
Do I have to return the entire order?
Yes, the entire order must be returned with labels and unused items. If the item shows signs of use, no refund will be given.
Can I exchange my shoes if the size I ordered is too small?
We can only exchange if we accidentally sent the wrong size. If you are unsure which size you need, please check the size chart on our website.
When can I get my money back after returning my item?
We only process the refund once the item has been delivered to our warehouse. It usually takes 7 to 12 business days for us to receive your return, depending on logistics processes. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. However, please allow for a possible bank delay of 3 business days before the money actually appears in your account.
