  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. Additionally, shipping large quantity orders may experience a delay of a few days. If there are delays, we will notify you by email. We ask that you allow us sufficient time to fulfill our obligations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may leave a notice or schedule a new delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, report it immediately via info@PharmaXtra.com with photos of the damage.
